The www.dragonflybrand.com e-shop, DRAGONFLY trading s.r.o., Company identification No.: 28122232, with the registered office at Dalimilova 1950/1a, 37006 České Budějovice, incorporated in the Companies Register kept by the Regional Court in České Budějovice, file No. C 18524 (hereinafter referred to as “the Controller”) informs you comprehensively and transparently about the way it processes your personal data, in accordance with REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”). We respect your right to privacy. To ensure transparency, this Policy provides detailed information about what personal data we process, for what purpose, how long, who we disclose them to, what your rights are, and much more.

What personal data do we request from you?

We will retain your personal data for the time necessary for the above/following purposes (without limitation):
For three years for both registered and non-registered purchases; the new three-year period starts on the day of the last order;
For three years for purchase or goods evaluation;
For one year for distribution of marketing communication without a purchase, discussion, watchdog, contact form, help, product inquiry, etc.;
Or for a period laid down by law (11 years for data stated in an invoice, meeting the statutory obligation pursuant to Act No. 235/2004 Coll., on Value Added Tax, as amended).
Afterwards your personal data will be deleted, unless you agree to the period of their processing being extended.
We have been improving our services. We have implemented both technical and organizational measures to protect your data against loss, manipulation and unauthorized access. We keep adjusting our security measures in line with technological advancements and development. In order to make card payment as safe as possible, all information is sent as encrypted using SSL. This means the information goes through secured connection and your card information is not available to any external parties. We process card payments together with an authorized payment mediator that helps us verify directly with your bank that your card enables purchases. We do so by means of our services and sharing information with you. The data collected from you are saved only within the European Union.
To provide even better services and relevant news to you, we collect information about how our applications are used. This means that when you are using our website, we monitor what functions are used most frequently and what actions trigger error notifications. We may not remove your data, if this is in conflict with applicable laws and regulations governing data retention, such as the Act on Accounting, or other legitimate reasons, such as unsettled debt. You have the right to withdraw your consent to personal data processing anytime (Art. 7(3) of GDPR), the right to require access to your personal data (Art. 15 of GDPR), the right to data rectification (Art. 16 of GDPR) or erasure (Art. 17 of GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Art. 18 of GDPR) and the right to object to their processing (Art. 21 of GDPR), you have the right to transmit your data to another controller (Art. 20 of GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you believe our company processes personal data in conflict with GDPR (Art. 77 of GDPR).
